Seeing your NFT on an IRL product is the dream. Imagine watching your Bored Ape or CryptoPunk zooming around the track! So, a lot of people want to make this their reality. Therefore, the selection process for the NFTs that will be showcased on the race track will be as far as it can be. From August 1 to August 18, NFT holders can submit their tokens for consideration. Then, Williams Racing and Kraken will shortlist the top 20 entries, and from August 28 to 31, the community will vote on the final four NFT choices. Additionally, Williams team drivers Alex Albon and Logan Sargeant will handpick two NFTs to join the lineup.
Lou Frangella, Kraken’s Head of Brand Partnerships, expressed excitement for featuring NFTs on the team cars. Frangella recognizes that these digital collectibles hold different meanings for each owner. Furthermore, Frangella believes that NFTs are an integral part of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and represent ownership and engaged communities.
