Toni Kroos Collaborates With Binance NFT For A Mystery Box Collection

Binance NFT recently announced their collaboration with the German football star, Toni Kroos, who currently plays with Real Madrid. The 6,500 boxes will be launched on March 31st at 11 AM UTC through the support of NFKings.

About the Launch

The launch of the Toni Kroos NFTs is set to take place on March 31st at 11 AM UTC on the Binance NFT marketplace. Each of the 6,500 NFTs contains a hidden art piece made by Ahmed Abokor. The NFTs will be based on Kroos’ career and history as a player, highlighting stand-out moments.

To clarify, there will be 4 classes of rarity, going from SSR (Super Super Rare), SR (Super Rare), R (Rare) and N (Normal). Each mystery box will grant a chance to obtain any of the four categories, though the chances of receiving rare NFTs will of course be lower. Those who purchase the NFTs will be put in for a chance to get close access and exclusive rewards from Toni Kroos. Namely, signed shirts and memorabilia, as well as the opportunity to video call the Real Madrid star. 

A large portion of the sales is set to go to the Toni Kroos Foundation. They focus on helping sick children and their families. Also, the UN Refugee Agency will receive funds, they are a global organization dedicated to saving lives and protecting the rights of refugees from war, political repression and natural disasters.

Who is Toni Kroos?

Toni Kroos, born 4th January 1990, is a German professional footballer. He has spent the majority of his career playing for European giants, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid. However, he also spent time playing for Bayer Leverkusen on loan. Additionally, he’s played with the German national team since the U17s. Only recently retiring from international football last year, after 11 years with the senior squad. The 31-year-old’s major honours include a World Cup victory in 2014 with Germany and 4x Champions League titles. As well as 2x La Liga titles and 3x Bundesliga titles.
