Sorare is teaming up with Homa Games to produce a mobile game in February that promotes Sorare’s Legend Cards soccer collection. The two companies will join forces for a month-long game jam – an event where participants try to make a video game from scratch.
This partnership will expand the Sorare NFT collection into the mobile gaming industry. One of the ways they could do this is by having football players represented as characters in the game. However, the game jam will undoubtedly throw up some exciting ideas.
The fantasy football NFT game is incredibly popular, and it is only getting bigger. A recent round of funding estimates its value at a staggering $4 billion. Sorare is doing astonishingly well, and it is the perfect time for the company to expand.
Furthermore, Homa Games is a specialist in the development of mobile games. In fact, the company focuses on lightweight entertainment. It has a portfolio of games spanning 500 million downloads. The Homa Games platform helps to provide mobile game tools for new developers. It is the perfect partner for Sorare to enter the mobile game industry.
The Sorare mobile game jam will last one month. At this time, the participants will develop their game and submit a prototype. These have to be based on the Sorare Legends characters. To help people, Homa Games will provide a series of masterclasses and resources to help the contestants as best as possible.
To participate in this unique Sorare mobile Game Jam, head over to the Homa Games website and register before February 4th.
