Everyone with an F1 Delta Time NFT can now convert their NFT to a REVV Motorsport Race Pass. In March, Animoca Brands announced that Delta Time, one of the first NFT P2E games, was shutting down. A day later, the game and the website were gone, leaving behind fans and NFTs with no future.
What next for F1 Delta Time NFT holders?
The reason for the NFT game closure is down to licensing issues. The F1 NFT game was an official product of Formula One, and unfortunately, the license ran out. Since this shocking announcement, the team at REVV Motorsport has been working to develop a solution.
Now, the project is ready, and holders of the original F1 Delta Time NFT can get their hands on one of these unique Race Passes. The process is simple; you convert your NFT into a Race Pass.
It is important to note that this is not an automated process, so you will have to convert them yourselves. The REVV website offers a handy guide on how to do this.
The new REVV Motorsport Race Passes come with an incredible amount of utility. This includes taking part in staking programs that have high rewards.
Furthermore, you get access to exclusive airdrops and minting events. All NFTs (excluding cars) can be exchanged into new REVV Motorsport utility assets.
Those who don’t want to swap the Animoca Brands F1 Delta Time NFT can still get some benefits and receive replacement cars. Additionally, you can convert unopened Keys and Crates from the game into stakeable assets.
