The American record producer, remixer and DJ, Marc Kinchen is now part of the Bored Ape Yacht Club community. Kinchen announced this piece of exciting news via Twitter. In this tweet, he also credited fellow DJ Steve Aoki for encouraging him to ape into MAYC.

“After hours and hours of research and thanks from my buddy @steveaoki I’m finally a member of @BoredApeYC. Finally got my diamond grill,” tweeted @MarcKinchen.
Fans were quick to congratulate DJ Marc Kinchen for becoming part of this exclusive club. In light of the current mania surrounding BAYC and MAYC, Kinchen’s recent acquirement proved to be a wise and sound investment.
BAYC and MAYC NFTs are the new diamond grills
Over the past 30 days alone, BAYC and MAYC generated a combined total of $372.30 million. What’s more – in terms of 24-hour volume, MAYC proved to be the winner after garnering $18.7 million worth of secondary volume.
In addition to Steve Aoki, DJ Marc Kinchen joins a list of other famous names who are also BAYC and MAYC members and NFT holders. This list includes household names such as Eminem, Dave Chapelle, Snoop Dogg as well as Britney Spears.
The Bored Ape Yacht Club is a collection of 10000 unique Bored Ape NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain. On the other hand, the Mutant Ape Yacht Club is a collection of over 20,000 Mutant Apes that can only be created by exposing an existing Bored Ape to a vial of mutant serum, or by publicly minting a Mutant Ape.
