The mint for the upcoming SpaceBulls NFTs is shaping up to be one of the hottest drops of the new year! The highly sought-after 3D collectibles project launches on January 6th at 2 pm EST on the Ethereum blockchain.
The SpaceBulls project is unique for a few reasons. Firstly is the fact that minters will get not just one, but two SpaceBulls NFTs from one mint. What’s more, SpaceBulls promises to share royalties from its transaction fees with its holders.
The SpaceBulls Mint Is A First in NFTs
SpaceBulls has one of the most interesting mints for an NFT project to date. To explain, minters will receive a full 3D model SpaceBulls NFT in a rotating collectible box. Then, owners can “unbox” their NFT after the collection sells out.
In the unboxing, owners will get an NFT avatar image that matches their 3D SpaceBulls NFT. Each NFT will live in a separate collection and owners get to keep both of them. This unique approach calls to mind the experience of physical collectibles, translating it to NFTs in a way that hasn’t been done before.
To be sure, this one-of-a-kind approach is the result of a long process of creating the NFT collection. As a matter of fact, the core team started with hand-drawn sketches back in 2020.
There are 8,888 total SpaceBulls NFTs. However, there will be 8,788 available to mint. This is due to the team holding onto 100 for marketing and giveaways. The team announced the January 6th mint date on Christmas Eve, while the mint price is yet to be announced so far.
SpaceBulls Promise of Royalties For Owners Is A Rare Utility
It’s important to note something that sets SpaceBulls apart from most, if not all current NFT projects. Namely, the fact that the team plans to share royalties with its holders.
While the team hasn’t announced the exact model for this just yet, they have confirmed both on their website and in Discord, that some of the transaction fees for the NFTs will go to royalties.
SpaceBulls has some other plans for owners in its roadmap as well. For one thing, the team stresses that they want SpaceBulls to be a community-driven NFT project. This means that owners will be able to vote on the future of the project.
In addition, the team mentions that it will offer real-life events and custom-made merch for NFT holders. Not to mention that it plans to create 3D-printed, boxed SpaceBulls. These physical collectibles will be linked to the blockchain and presumably match the boxed SpaceBull NFTs.
SpaceBulls Hits 100K Discord Members In About A Week
Despite launching earlier this month, the SpaceBulls NFT Discord has already pulled in over 100,000 members. Without a doubt, this is an impressive milestone for any NFT project.
Indeed, this puts it in league with a couple of other NFT projects with successful launches, including RTFKT Clone X and Mekaverse. This perhaps speaks to the NFT community’s love of quality 3D NFT projects.
All in all, SpaceBulls looks set to make a big impact in the NFT space to kick off the new year. To learn more about the project, and for a chance at winning your very own SpaceBulls NFT, be sure to check out their website.
