What is Doodles?
Doodles is a community-driven, collectables NFT project on OpenSea. Each Doodle comes in a wide range of colours, faces, hairstyles, bodies and backgrounds with a collection size of 10,000.
Most importantly, each Doodle gives the NFT owner access to an exclusive group and a vote for experiences and activations paid for by the Doodles Community Treasury. Doodles NFT holders can also use forum.doodles.app to submit proposals that the community votes on. Once the proposal is accepted by the community, funds are granted.
Artist BurntToast was the mastermind behind Doodles. After joining forces with Cool Cats, CryptoKitties and Dapper Labs, Doodles is well on its way to carving out its own niche in the highly-competitive pfp market.
As Doodle #9037 or The Magic Mullet revealed in the post, the NFT mint of the track “Pass The Rainbow” is in the pipeline. This move confirms the current popularity of NFTs in the music industry – especially if the artist in question is also part of a strong community like Doodles.
