Nyla Hayes, 13-year-old female NFT artist is launching a kids collection based on her previous collection Long Neckie Ladies. Each Long Neckie Lady features an elongated neck inspired by Nyla’s favorite dinosaur, the brontosaurus.
The upcoming kids’ collection will also feature these long neck visuals. Importantly the collection is going to drop soon, sometime in April. The announcement came from Nyla’s personal Twitter account. The goal of this latest collection is to get more kids involved in Web3 and NFTs.
Long Neckie Ladies was the first female-led, all-female generative art collection on the ETH blockchain. In addition, Nyla was only 12 when she launched this project 8 months ago. It was a 3,333 supply and the entire collection is said to be worth around 885 ETH ($3M usd).

Nyla Hayes made history in 2021 as TIME Magazine’s 1st NFT Artist in Residence. She has featured on CNN, Yahoo Finance, Business Insider, Investing.com, Black Enterprise, and other major media outlets. Some of her awards include NFT.NYC 2021 Emerging Artist of the Year and Future 50’s most influential people in tech in 2021.
Earlier in March, Nyla signed with CAA for representation. Following this news, she went on to say “the best is yet to come.”
With this latest collection, she continues to inspire individuals following her story. The positive sentiment already behind Long Neckie Kids is significant.
