Galaxy Fight Club is on a roll! The cross-IP PvP game for the NFT universe has partnered with the leading top-tier guilds in the play-to-earn gaming scene. It now counts Yield Guild Games (YGG SEA), Avocado Guild, Perion, PATH DAO and Polemos as partners. Unsung Guild and Yunko Association, which has been with the game since launch, will continue to support the ecosystem.
Cyberkongz, Iluvium, Animetas, Deadheads, BYOPill, Wicked Cranium and many others have become partners with Galaxy Fight Club. All partners can now log in with their favorite NFTs. Also, they can battle with holders of other projects in their 3v3 mode.
So what exactly is the role of the Guilds?
How Do Guilds Contribute to the Galaxy Fight Club Ecosystem?
Basically, guilds support t the ecosystem and player base of play-to-earn games by purchasing gaming assets and loaning them. It allows players who might not have the means to buy these premium heroes or NFTs to play the game. By playing with these premium NFTs, these players can usually earn much more than if they played as normal free-to-play characters. Then, the guild will just take a share of the earnings, so it’s a win-win for both parties.
In the case of Galaxy Fight Club, Genesis Galaxy Fights and Genesis weapons are the coveted NFT assets. It allows players to win gold keys instead of silver keys from battles, with gold keys opening higher-tier and more rare loot. Guilds allow players from developing countries who might not be able to afford these NFTs to play with them in the game.
“Who doesn’t want to bring their favorite characters from different titles and bring them into one game, GFC educated people on what can be done through NFTs”

This way, NFT holders can use their assets to generate earnings instead of just sitting on their wallets. Second, it aligns with GFC’s objective of giving back to the community by providing them the means to participate in the ecosystem and earn. This is precisely why Axie Infinity exploded in Southeast Asia in particular. Joining guilds and playing the game literally put food on the table because earnings from the game were above minimum wage.
Evan S, co-founder and CEO of YGG SEA, shared what made Galaxy Fight Club stand out. He shared, “What sold me on GFC, other than your passion and honesty, is how you add functionality. Essentially forcing NFTs to evolve from a 2d portrait to a fully functional 3d bodied character.”
Guilds Powering the Lending System
The benefit of Guilds far exceeds player acquisition. Galaxy Fight Club will have two systems that allow for guilds and scholarships to be integrated seamlessly into the game. First is the traditional scholarship system. Then, there’s the collateral-free trust-less lending system with an automatic loot split.
Traditional scholarship system involves linking your wallets with an email and giving this email to your scholars to play the game for you. Meanwhile, the second system is to onboard scholars that you don’t personally know. So it basically automates the system. This system allows both individuals and guilds to lend out their assets (lenders) through a platform to other individuals looking to rent the assets (renters).
GFC has been aggressively onboarding partners from all fronts. You can get fresh updates from their Official Blog!
